Capitol Hill is named for the historic congressional building that overlooks the neighborhood. This enthusiastic neighborhood sponsors street fairs and boasts many eclectic pubs and restaurants. It’s easy to navigate to Capitol Hill, and houses the Supreme Court of the United States, Folger Shakespeare Library, Library of Congress, Smithsonian National Postal Museum, and more.
